4 individual Danish Pastries (Viennese Bread)

Flaky, buttery, and made by hand — our Danish pastries are crafted with organic flour and grass-fed butter for rich, authentic flavor. Each pastry is shaped into a classic figure-eight, with silky vanilla bean custard on one side and scratch-made fruit jam on the other.

Though often called “Danish” in English, these pastries are known in Denmark as wienerbrød (“Viennese bread”), a recipe brought from Austria over 130 years ago and perfected in the Nordic tradition to be a little sweeter, a little richer — and perfect for afternoon fika. 

*Pick up at 215 Laurel St W, Stillwater MN 55082 on Saturday and Sunday between 8 AM–1 PM.
Orders must be placed by Friday at 12:00 PM. If you cannot pick up in that window of time please email me and I will work make sure you get your goodies!
