These cookies are everything—chewy edges, soft centers, and layers of deep, toasty flavor that only browned butter and sourdough can bring. Made with our signature sourdough starter, Bilbo Baguettes, each batch transforms humble discard into pure magic.

We use only organic flour, organic chocolate chips, and butter from grass fed cows, bringing together nostalgic comfort with clean ingredients! 

*Pick up at 215 Laurel St W, Stillwater MN 55082 on Saturday and Sunday between 8 AM–1 PM.
Orders must be placed by Friday at 12:00 PM. If you cannot pick up in that window of time please email me and I will work make sure you get your goodies!
