Our signature sourdough boule is a crusty, golden loaf made the old-fashioned way: slowly, simply, and with purpose. Fermented from our house starter, Bilbo Baguettes, this naturally leavened bread boasts a complex flavor and chewy crumb that only time (and good bacteria) can create.
Baked fresh with 100% organic flour and sea salt, our boule is perfect for slicing, toasting, or tearing right into. No additives, no shortcuts — just real bread, the way it should be.
Pair it with butter, soup, or a hunk of cheese. Whatever you do, just don’t forget to share. (Or do. We won’t judge.)
*Pick up at 215 Laurel St W, Stillwater MN 55082 on Saturday and Sunday between 8 AM–1 PM.
Orders must be placed by Friday at 12:00 PM. If you cannot pick up in that window of time please email me and I will work make sure you get your goodies!
